Tim Torrez, co-founder of Crazy Rooster Brewing Co. was known as a uniter. He had a special way of bringing people together. After being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in early July 2023, Tim made the decision to move forward with his plans to attend the Brewtown 2023 festival. In typical Tim fashion, he laughed and joked and lit up the Crazy Rooster beer tent with his warm and jovial personality. At the time, no one knew that a little more than a month later, on August 18, 2023 he would leave us. Uniter IPA is named after Tim Torrez, to honor his legacy as a uniter of people. Uniter IPA is a collaboration between Crazy Rooster Brewing Co and Richbrau Brewing with a portion of proceeds from sales going to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Art by Tre Taliaferro.
